The Kenyan tea sector is currently facing critical challenges, including reduced profits, low farmer returns, declining sales, and increasing operational costs, which threaten the sustainability of Kenya Tea Development Agency (KTDA) factories. This research paper explored how the process reviews relate to the overall performance of the KTDA factories in Kenya. The study used a positivist research philosophy whereby a correlational survey design was adopted, which targeted 1817 employees of management in 66 of the KTDA factories. The sample of 317 respondents was chosen with the help of Cochran formula and multi-stage sampling methods. Statistics were gathered by validated and pilot-tested questionnaires. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics (means, frequencies, percentages, and standard deviations) and inferential analysis, regression, was employed. The results showed that process reviews have a statistically significant and positive influence on organizational performance (β = 1.478, t = 23.332, p < 0.05). The model was also significant (F = 544.385, p < 0.05), indicating the robustness of the findings. The negative constant (-2.350) suggests that in the absence of process reviews, performance would deteriorate. The study concluded that effective process reviews are essential for improving performance in KTDA factories. It recommends strengthening process review mechanisms, particularly in the areas of production control and supplier collaboration, to enhance operational efficiency and organizational outcomes.
