Guidelines for Publishers and Contributors

Notes to Contributors

To streamline the editorial process, authors should adhere to the following guidelines when submitting their work.


Structure of the Text

Length Requirements

Required Elements

Each article must include the following:

  1. Author Details

    • Surname (in capital letters) and first name (in lowercase)

    • Institutional affiliation

    • Full contact details (email and postal address)

  2. Abstract (max. 200 words)

    • Brief summary of the article

    • Four to eight keywords

  3. Introduction (max. 300 words)

    • Overview of the topic and research question

  4. Literature Review (max. 2,000 words)

    • Summary of existing research

    • Identification of gaps the study addresses

  5. Methods (max. 1,500 words)

    • Explanation of research design, methodology, and data analysis

  6. Results (max. 2,000 words)

    • Presentation of findings based on applied methodology

  7. Discussion (max. 1,500 words)

    • Interpretation of findings in relation to research questions

  8. Conclusion (max. 500 words)

    • Emphasis on the study’s significance (not just a summary)

  9. References

    • Maximum of 35 references


Referencing Style

All cited references must be listed at the end of the article. In-text citations should follow this format:
Example: (Pluchon 1991: 689–710).

Reference List Format:

References should be ordered alphabetically by surname. Multiple works by the same author should be listed chronologically and differentiated as follows: 2001, 2001b, etc.


Authorization for Reproducing Images and Media

Authors must secure the necessary permissions to reproduce and feature iconographic or multimedia resources in their articles. This includes:
